Sometimes kids just need someone in their corner.

Child and teen counselling that starts with where your child is today — and helps them work out what comes next.

What might be going on?

Maybe your child is:

You don't need to have the right words.

We'll start there.

What counselling can help with

Feelings

Understanding emotions and building ways to manage them.

Confidence

Helping children recognise their strengths and develop a stronger sense of themselves.

Change

Supporting children through separation, transitions, grief, placement changes and other life events.

Everyday challenges

Building practical strategies for school, home, friendships and relationships.

What does a session actually look like?

There isn't a script.

We meet your child where they are.

Depending on their age and what they're comfortable with, that might mean talking, drawing, playing, moving, using activities or simply having someone listen.

Parents and carers are part of the process too.

You're not handing your child over to a stranger.
